Winter Wedding Special 2010:(May to August, excluding Worldcup period): R1.500 worth of draping AND Free Lemon and Champagne Sorbet AND unlimited free overtime after midnight AND free base plates in gold or silver (valid if booking before 15th Feb) Valid any day of the week, even on Saturdays (excluding long weekends)! (Value of over R3.000)

Self-catering: Valverde can also be used as a self-catering wedding venue. You can either bring your own food or get a professional caterer (e.g. Halaal, Kosher, etc.) to do the food for you. Prices vary depending mainly on the day of the week, number of guests and availability, so please contact us with this information to get a detailed quote. The self-catering venue hire includes the use of chapel, tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and white, black or cream table linen. It also includes cleaning up of the venue after the function. It does NOT include waitrons for setting of the tables and for table service during the function. You may not bring your own drinks.

Chapel hire only – no reception: At Valverde you may hire one of the chapels or the renaissance garden wedding ceremony only (no reception). Please consult our gallery for pictures of the various options. You may wish to serve sweet or savory snacks before or after the ceremony. Guests can also choose to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Palm Restaurant. A cash bar will be available. Please contact us for current options.

Valverde's preferred suppliers include a florist and decorator, DJ, photographer and videographer. You will be able to meet our suppliers at our monthly food tasting evenings.

• Specials are only applicable if valid at the time of booking. They need to be indicated on your booking confirmation form in order for you to qualify for the special.
• Only 1 (one) special can be applied to your booking. Should you qualify for more than one special, you need to indicate on your booking confirmation form which one you would like.
• All complimentary rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please notify us in writing to confirm that you wish to use the abovementioned rooms. Complimentary rooms cannot be used for the bride and groom, i.e. you have to book the bridal suite if you are also sleeping over.
• Complimentary rooms can only be used on the night of the function
• Complimentary rooms cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable
• Should you cancel or postpone your wedding the specials offered as above will not be valid
