You will only pay the menu price per person and a 10% service charge.
Our menu prices include the following:
The Chapel and the red carpet, pews or chairs, candle stands, etc.
The Venue with tables and chairs (wrought iron or banquet chairs)
Cutlery, white crockery and glassware, silver knife and cake lifter
White table linen (full length table cloths and serviettes)
Depending on the venue you choose, you have the option
of taking the respective Wedding Package. Should you require
only some of these options, these can be charged at their
individual rate as indicated below. You will be able to
view draping and decor options when you come to one of our
monthly wedding taster evenings (normally on the last Wednesday

Terms and Conditions
Your booking will be secured by the payment of deposit and by signing our terms and conditions.
Deposit and Payments
To secure the date
R 5.000
Confirmation 6 months prior to function
R 10.000
Balance 15 working days before function
Balance
To secure a date a deposit of R 5.000 is paid upon
booking. This deposit is refunded after the function if
no damages occurred, but it is not refundable in the event
of cancellation.
A payment of R 10.000 towards the balance is paid 6 months
prior to the function or upon booking if the date you book
falls within the 6 months period. This payment is also not
refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is
paid 15 working days prior to the wedding and is also not
refundable in the event of cancellation.
Please note that there are wedding insurances that protect
you against the loss of deposits with your wedding
venues and/or other suppliers in the event of cancellation.
However, these insurances mostly cover you only in case
of unexpected tragic events such as a death in the family
or if one of you are hospitalized and the wedding cannot
take place on the booked date. It normally does not cover
you if you get cold feet!
